Welcome to sign this "User Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") with DeRitao operator Danmo (Xiamen) Technology Co., Ltd. and provide DeRitao services together!

Before agreeing to this agreement, you should carefully read it. [Signing Action] When you fill in the information according to the prompts on the registration page, read and agree to this agreement, and complete the entire registration process, it means that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all the contents of this agreement, and have reached an agreement with Dede Ritao, becoming a "user" of Dede Ritao. The users of Dede Ritao (hereinafter referred to as "users" or "you") have reached an agreement with Dede Ritao Business Danmo (Xiamen) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dede Ritao" or "us") to voluntarily accept and comply with all service agreements, relevant rules, management regulations, etc. of Dede Ritao. This agreement shall come into effect upon your confirmation of acceptance or upon the occurrence of your use, whichever comes first. During the process of reading this agreement, if you do not agree with this agreement or any of its terms, you shall immediately cease the registration process, login process, or other usage activities.
We may periodically modify the content of the User Service Agreement. Therefore, it is recommended that you review the User Service Agreement each time and confirm your consent before using the services provided by DeRi Tao. If our policies change, we will publish updated versions or provide you with enhanced prompts on the Dede Ritao application software (hereinafter referred to as "Dede Ritao"). Therefore, we recommend that you review this agreement each time and confirm your consent before using the services provided by Dede Ritao.
(Article 1) Service Content
1.1 The Dede Ritao application software is only a platform for you to obtain transaction information on various products sold and auctioned by third-party platform sellers. Such transaction information is published by third-party platform users themselves and may have risks and defects. Dede Ritao will establish relevant inspection and monitoring systems in accordance with the law to ensure your legitimate rights and interests and good experience on Dede Ritao as much as possible. At the same time, considering the characteristics of having a massive amount of information and separating information from physical objects in the information network environment, Dede Ritao cannot review the information of goods/services one by one, and cannot review the quality, safety, authenticity, legality, and effectiveness of the goods/services involved in the transaction one by one. You should carefully judge and determine the authenticity, legality, and effectiveness of such information on your own, and bear the responsibility and losses arising therefrom.
1.2 Users have the right to browse products on Dede Ritao, obtain product information provided by Dede Ritao, and have the right to place orders, bid, pay prices, and obtain consumption codes (if any) through Dede Ritao. At the same time, additional value-added services such as reinforcement services are provided for a fee based on the user's choice.
1.3 Dede Ritao is a matchmaking trading platform that only displays information about various products sold and auctioned by third-party platform sellers to users. It does not actually sell or auction any products and provides users with information about products that can be purchased or auctioned on behalf of users. It also completes procurement, bidding, transportation, and other services on behalf of users based on the selected products. Zhonghe Co., Ltd. has joined the Dede Daily Taobao platform to provide users with entrusted purchasing, auction, and international logistics transfer services.
1.4 Users have the right to participate in activities organized by Dede Ritao and other services promised by Dede Ritao to users in accordance with the activity rules published by Dede Ritao.
The specific content and process of the 1.5 purchasing service are detailed in the "Instructions for Use".
Attention: Dede Ritao only provides purchasing services for you, which are independent of Dede Ritao logistics services. The service subject, responsibility boundaries, and rules are subject to relevant agreements and regulations. Products purchased through Dede Ritao must be shipped using Dede Ritao logistics service terms, which are assumed to be followed by Dede Ritao logistics service terms, and do not support switching to other Dede Ritao logistics services. Placing an order is deemed to agree to this requirement.
(Article 2) User Qualification
2.1 You need to have your own Dede Daily Taobao account to use this service. On the basis of your agreement and compliance with the contents of this agreement, you may use this service after submitting a registration application and obtaining approval from Ritao.
2.2 You shall be an adult and possess the civil capacity required by the laws of the People's Republic of China that is appropriate for your actions. If you are under the age of 18 (and do not have the civil capacity corresponding to your behavior), you can only use this service with the participation of your parents or guardians, and bear the legal consequences arising therefrom in accordance with the law. In addition, you must ensure that you are not the subject of any trade restrictions, economic sanctions, or other legal or regulatory restrictions imposed by any country, region, or international organization, nor have you directly or indirectly provided funds, goods, services, software, or technology to the aforementioned subjects. Otherwise, you should stop using the Japanese Taobao service, and you understand that violating the above requirements may result in you being unable to register, log in, and use the Japanese Taobao service.
2.3 The user shall bear full responsibility for the authenticity, legality, and validity of the registration information on Dede Ritao. After successful user registration, the user's account and password are kept by the user, and they are responsible for all activities and events that occur under their Japanese Taobao account and password. When users discover that their Dede Ritao account has been used by unauthorized third parties or there are other account security issues, they should immediately and effectively notify Dede Ritao, request Dede Ritao to suspend the services of the Dede Ritao account, and promptly report to the public security organs. Dede Ritao has the right to take action on such requests from users within a reasonable time, but shall not be liable for any losses suffered by users before taking action.
2.4 You understand and agree that if a user registers using the same mobile phone number, device, identification information, email address, payment account, or shipping address, it shall be deemed as "the same user". DeDe RiTao has the right to merge the benefits of these different accounts (including but not limited to coupons, points, etc.).
2.5 You can submit an account cancellation application through the "Me Settings About Us Account Cancellation" section within this application. After you apply for cancellation, the system will immediately automatically process your account identity, security status, and cancellation conditions. The account will be immediately cancelled, and this action is irrevocable. After account cancellation, we will promptly delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Regarding the specific rules, conditions, and procedures for cancellation, please make sure to carefully read and agree to all the contents of the User Cancellation Agreement (see Appendix for details) before proceeding with the operation.
(Article 3) Order
3.1 After registering as a user of Dede Ritao, you can place orders on Dede Ritao. You should have the right and legal capacity to purchase and bid on relevant goods. If you are under 18 years old, you can only use them with the participation of your parents or guardians. When you place an order, it is deemed that you meet the above conditions.
3.2 The products and price information displayed on Dede Ritao are only an invitation to make an offer. When placing an order through Dede Ritao, you must fill in the quantity of products you wish to purchase, the bidding price, the recipient's name, contact information, and delivery address. The system will generate an offer based on this information. By filling in this information, you authorize Dede Ritao Zhonghe Co., Ltd. to disclose this information to third parties for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement. Upon receiving your offer information, Dede Ritao Zhonghe Co., Ltd. has the right to reasonably judge whether to confirm the contractual relationship with you regarding the products in this order based on factors such as whether the products are still being sold, auctioned, and traded; If you have not accepted your offer, and if you have already made the payment at this time, you will receive a full refund.
3.3 If the items in the order information you submitted are out of stock or have incorrect price indications, DeDe RiTao and Zhonghe Zhushi will notify you before delivery and cancel the order. You also have the right to cancel the order on your own. If you have made the payment, we will process a full refund for you.
Article 4: Payment and Delivery
4.1 Users should complete the payment of the price online according to the prompts on the payment page. Before paying for the goods/services, and before accepting the sales/service contract, the user has no right to request that the company provide goods/services to the user.
4.2 Zhonghe Co., Ltd. Dede Ritao or the logistics service designated by Zhonghe Co., Ltd. Dede Ritao will be responsible for delivering the goods directly to your designated delivery address overseas, or delivering the service to you in the promised manner. All delivery times listed on Dede Ritao are only for reference time, and the calculation of reference time is estimated based on normal processing procedures, procedures, and delivery locations. This does not require any commitment from Dede Ritao and Zhonghe Co., Ltd. regarding delivery time to you.
4.3 The user acknowledges and agrees that the payment for goods, agency and auction fees, shipping fees, and other related expenses shall be collected/collected by the Japanese operating entity, Zhonghe Co., Ltd., and provided with specific services, such as procurement, collection, bundling, and forwarding of parcels.
4.4 If the order is delayed or unable to be delivered due to the following circumstances, DeDe Ritao and Zhonghe Co., Ltd. shall not be held responsible for delayed delivery:
(1) Due to incorrect information provided by the user, incomplete address, and other reasons;
(2) If no one signs for the goods after delivery, resulting in the inability or delay of delivery;
(3) Caused by changes in circumstances;
(4) Caused by force majeure factors, such as natural disasters, government and judicial actions, decisions or orders, unexpected traffic accidents, strikes, changes in laws and policies, terrorist events, violent crimes such as robbery and robbery, sudden wars, etc.
4.5 Damage claim process: If you receive a damaged package or find that some items are missing from the package, you should ask the delivery person to make a note on the delivery note and send a photo of the delivery note, photos of the damaged item or package contents, and details to Dede Ritao Customer Service. Dede Ritao Customer Service will handle the claim on behalf of the user. If there are no notes or explanations on the delivery note, it is considered that the delivery has been completed normally. In this situation, as Dede Ritao is unable to determine the responsibility with the delivery personnel, we are unable to process a claim for you. Please understand. For more information about claims, please refer to the "User Manual - After sales Service".
4.6 Invoices: The sales entity of goods purchased from overseas is the overseas seller. Overseas countries or regions usually do not have invoice management systems. As the ownership of goods sold across borders belongs to overseas enterprises or individual sellers, it is generally not possible to provide value-added tax invoices in accordance with domestic tax laws.
Article 5: Refund Rules
5.1 Return and Exchange Issues: Dede Ritao and Zhonghe Co., Ltd. are only intermediaries between you and Japanese producers. Dede Ritao is only a matching trading platform, while Zhonghe Co., Ltd. only provides purchasing, auction, and international logistics transfer services. The products are not owned by Dede Ritao and Zhonghe Co., Ltd. Therefore, we do not guarantee the quality or authenticity of the products purchased or auctioned on our behalf. The product data provided on our website is for reference only, and the seller is responsible for any product issues. In addition, cross-border products have special characteristics, and Dede Ritao and Zhonghe Co., Ltd. do not provide any return or exchange services. Please understand.
5.2 Regarding the issue of receiving goods that do not match the photos: The product pictures provided by the Dede Ritao platform are all from the seller's website homepage and are for reference only. If there is a color difference or size error between the received item and the picture, please refer to the actual item. Daihatsu Zhonghe Co., Ltd. does not accept return requests based on this reason.
5.3 Regarding refunds.
After the user successfully pays the price, if any of the following situations occur, the user has the right to request a refund from De Ri Tao Zhong and Co., Ltd.:
(1) After the user's payment is successful, if due to force majeure or non user reasons, Dede Ritao Zhonghe Co., Ltd. is unable to purchase goods on behalf of the user, and after verification by Dede Ritao Zhonghe Co., Ltd., it is true;
(2) After the user successfully made the payment, if it is due to a change in circumstances that De Ri Tao Zhong He Co., Ltd. needs to change the content of the contract, the user will not accept the changed content.
5.4 If the user has actually accepted or used the product, they have no right to request a refund from DeRi TaoZhong and Co., Ltd.
After the refund confirmation, the funds will be refunded to the user's payment account through the original payment method. Users can consult the relevant payment platforms regarding the refund progress.
5.6 If the full or partial payment is made in the form of points, coupons, or gift certificates in the order, the above-mentioned discount amount will be refunded in the corresponding form after you return the goods. In case of return, refund, cancellation of transaction, etc., it will be returned to the user's account according to its original usage rules and deadline. If the refund is overdue or cannot meet the distribution or usage conditions, the points, coupons, or gift certificates will automatically become invalid, and DeDe RiTao will not provide you with any reissues or compensation.
Article 6: Risk Disclosure on Overseas Purchasing and Auction of Goods
To help you better purchase overseas products and enjoy purchasing and auction services, please read and fully understand this article carefully and thoroughly before making a purchase, and make a judgment on your own risk bearing ability. Agree to this clause before placing an order to purchase:
(1) The products you purchased through the Dede Ritao APP are all entrusted to Zhonghe Co., Ltd. We will purchase and bid for the products on your behalf overseas. Zhonghe Co., Ltd. will purchase and bid for the products from overseas sellers on your behalf, and then handle the shipping procedures on your behalf.
(2) You have entrusted Zhonghe Co., Ltd. to purchase and bid for goods overseas. Based on this, you have established a buying and selling relationship with overseas sellers, which may not be directly applicable to the laws of the People's Republic of China. And you have entrusted Zhonghe Co., Ltd. to purchase and bid on overseas e-commerce platforms. When purchasing and bidding, you must accept the relevant agreements of the overseas e-commerce platform. Therefore, this transaction may be subject to overseas laws and relevant agreements of the overseas platform. Based on this, it is particularly important to remind you that all products displayed on our Japanese Taobao platform are not subject to the relevant laws and regulations of "7-day no reason return" in China.
(3) If there is a dispute over the quality or authenticity of the product, we can communicate and negotiate with the overseas seller on your behalf on behalf of Dairitao or Zhonghe Co., Ltd. However, as a purchasing service provider, we cannot guarantee the quality or authenticity of the product, nor can we assume compensation liability for this.
(4) Due to Zhonghe Co., Ltd., we will purchase and bid for the goods on your behalf, and then directly handle the shipping service according to your needs. Generally, we will not open the package sent by the seller. If you have any concerns, you can choose a paid unpacking service, and our staff at Zhonghe Co., Ltd. will open the package for you.
(5) Due to the direct purchase of the product from overseas, the product itself may not have Chinese labels, instructions, or other Chinese labels. Any improper use, misunderstanding, or health, safety issues arising from the lack of Chinese labels on the product shall not be the responsibility of Dede Ritao Zhonghe Co., Ltd. Purchasing this product indicates that you have understood and accepted the possible risks involved..
(6) You will be the ultimate consumer of the product or you will give the product as a gift to another individual, and in any case, you will only purchase the product for personal use and not for resale.
(7) The cross-border goods you purchased meet the quality, safety, hygiene, environmental protection, labeling and other standards or technical specifications of the place of origin, but there may be differences from the standards in China. Any harm, loss, or other risks that may arise from this shall be borne by you, and we do not assume any responsibility for them.
(8) You understand and agree that the goods you purchase and bid for are from overseas, and you are fully responsible for the legal import of the goods into China, and are the importer cleared by Chinese customs. The risk of loss and ownership of the goods shall be transferred to you by Zhonghe Co., Ltd. upon delivery to the carrier. You may be required to pay taxes and fees levied by Chinese customs and tax authorities ("import taxes and fees"), which will be incurred when the goods are imported into China. ”
(9) As an imported product, you may be required to pay import fees for the goods you purchase or bid on. The import fee includes all taxes and other fees related to import services. The import tax rate is usually determined by the category of goods. By placing an order, you agree to allow Zhonghe Co., Ltd. to charge import fees for the relevant products in your order. You also agree that the carrier or other agent may disclose the actual import taxes and fees to Zhonghe Corporation.
Article 7: Prohibited Behavior
7.1 During the registration and use of Dede Daily Taobao services, you shall abide by the principle of good faith and shall not disrupt the normal trading order of Dede Daily Taobao. You shall ensure that you do not engage in the following prohibited behaviors:
(1) The act of using this service for improper purposes;
(2) Repeated or malicious registration of multiple accounts;
(3) Users are not allowed to engage in behavior that disrupts the normal trading order of the platform or violates the principle of good faith and credit, including but not limited to: requesting cancellation of orders, returns, refunds, or claims without justifiable reasons even after the platform has indicated through the product page, order confirmation page, or other means that the product is subject to overseas origin platform trading rules and related after-sales restrictions, and the user is aware of and confirms this; Falsifying information and evidence to claim after-sales rights; Requesting a refund or compensation for product damage, loss, or depreciation caused by user reasons; And other behaviors that harm the legitimate rights and interests of the platform, merchants, or other users;
(4) The behavior of subscribing to virtual services using the address provided by Dede Ritao, such as applying for credit cards, telecommunications numbers, etc. using the address provided by Dede Ritao;
(5) Engaging in illegal activities such as cheating or exploiting platform vulnerabilities to obtain, cash out, engage in fraudulent transactions, obtain coupons, sell or resell coupons, sell or resell points, repeat participation, etc;
(6) Infringement of trademark rights, copyrights, design patents, invention patents, proprietary technology and other intellectual property rights, goodwill/reputation rights, portrait rights and other legitimate rights and interests of Dede Ritao or other third parties;
(7) Involving illegal and criminal activities such as fraud;
(8) The act of using this service under the guise of a third party;
(9) Harassment, insult, slander, verbal abuse, intimidation, threats and other behaviors towards the staff of Dede Ritao platform;
(10) Acts that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interfere with the normal operation of the platform, and disrupt community and community order;
(11) Other behaviors that violate legal provisions or the provisions of this agreement.
7.2 If you violate the above regulations, De Ri Tao has the right to take any one or more of the following measures at any time without obtaining your consent:
(1) Freeze your Dede Daily Taobao account and cancel your order until your trading eligibility is revoked;
(2) Suspend or terminate your use of Dede Ritao's services.
7.3 If you violate this agreement and cause losses to DeRitao, you shall also compensate DeRitao for all losses incurred. If your behavior involves illegal or criminal activities, De Ri Tao has the right to transfer it to relevant departments for handling.
7.4 In the event of software vulnerabilities, program errors, network attacks, or other technical failures not attributable to the user, the platform has the right to:
(1) Correct account data to the state before the abnormality occurred;
(2) Retrieve abnormal profits already consumed (including but not limited to points, coupons, virtual items);
(3) Requesting you to make up for the price difference of the physical goods obtained due to abnormalities;
(4) The platform has the right to terminate the service and retain legal recourse;
Article 8: Privacy Policy
Dede Ritao attaches great importance to the protection of users' personal information. When you use the services provided by Dede Ritao, you agree to collect, store, use, disclose, and protect your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy published by Dede Ritao. We suggest that you read the complete privacy policy of DeRi Tao to help you better protect your privacy rights.
Article 9: Guarantee and Authorization of Non Personal Information
You declare and guarantee that you have legal, valid, and complete rights to the information you publish. Otherwise, Dede Ritao may delete or block the information you post in accordance with the law or this agreement.
[Prohibited Information] You should ensure that the information you post does not contain the following content:
(1) Violating the prohibitive provisions of national laws and regulations;
(2) Political propaganda, feudal superstition, obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror, or instigation of crime;
(3) Fraudulent, false, inaccurate, or misleading;
(4) Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others or involving third-party trade secrets and other proprietary rights;
(5) Insulting, defaming, intimidating, or involving the privacy of others that infringe upon their legitimate rights and interests;
(6) There are viruses, trojans, crawlers, and other malicious software and program codes that may damage, tamper with, delete, or affect the normal operation of any system of Dede Ritao, or illegally and secretly obtain data and personal information of Dede Ritao and other users;
(7) Other content that violates social public interest or public morality, or is not suitable for publication on Dede Ritao in accordance with relevant Dede Ritao service agreements and rules.
Article 10: Intellectual Property Rights
10.1 You acknowledge, understand and agree that the content (including but not limited to text, images, videos, audio, animations, etc.) uploaded, submitted, stored or published by you when using the services provided by Dede Ritao is original or legally authorized by you. The intellectual property rights of any content uploaded, submitted, stored, or published by you on JD.com belong to you or the original copyright owner. Your uploading, submitting, storing, or publishing behavior will not infringe on the intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests of others.
10.2 You acknowledge, understand, and agree that once you accept this agreement, you voluntarily authorize the non exclusive, transferable property rights of the above content, such as copyright (including but not limited to: reproduction rights, distribution rights, rental rights, exhibition rights, performance rights, screening rights, broadcasting rights, information network dissemination rights, filming rights, adaptation rights, translation rights, compilation rights, and other transferable rights that should be enjoyed by the copyright owner), to Dede Ritao and its affiliated companies permanently, free of charge, exclusively, and irrevocably worldwide. Dede Ritao and its affiliated companies may use the above content (including but not limited to commercial purposes) or independently engage in third-party activities based on such authorization. Any necessary transfer of authorization.
10.3 You confirm and agree to authorize De Ri Tao and its affiliated companies to independently protect and obtain full compensation for any infringement related to the content (including derivative works) uploaded, submitted, stored or published by you in their own name or by entrusting a professional third party. The forms of rights protection include but are not limited to: monitoring infringement behavior, sending rights protection letters, filing lawsuits or arbitrations, mediation, settlement, etc. Dede Ritao and its affiliated companies have the right to make independent decisions on rights protection matters and implement them.
Article 11: Amendment and Termination of the Agreement
11.1 Dede Ritao may modify the relevant terms of this agreement from time to time in accordance with changes in national laws and regulations, as well as the need to maintain transaction order and protect consumer rights. Once the content of this agreement changes, the updated version will be published on Dede Ritao or provided with enhanced prompts to you. If you do not agree with the modifications made by Dede Ritao to the relevant terms of this agreement, you shall cease to use Dede Ritao services from the effective date of the revised version, and the changes shall not have any effect on you; If you continue to use the services of De Ri Tao after the change has taken effect, it will be deemed that you agree to the effective change.
11.2 This agreement shall terminate in any of the following circumstances:
(1) When Dede Ritao has the right to cancel the user's Dede Ritao account in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, this agreement shall terminate from the date of account cancellation;
(2) When Dede Ritao has the right to terminate all Dede Ritao services in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, this agreement shall terminate from the date of termination of all Dede Ritao services.
11.3 After the termination of this agreement, the user shall not have the right to request Dede Ritao to continue providing any services or fulfilling any other obligations to the user, including but not limited to requesting Dede Ritao to retain or disclose any information in the user's original Dede Ritao account, or to forward any information that the user or third party has not read or sent.
Article 12: Separability
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed null and void or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provision.
Article 13: Application of Legal Jurisdiction and Others
13.1 The formation, effectiveness, interpretation, revision, supplementation, termination, execution, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the place where the Company is located.
13.2 In case of any disputes related to this agreement, Dede Ritao will try its best to resolve them through friendly negotiations with you. If the negotiation fails to reach a mutually satisfactory solution, either party may file a lawsuit with the court where the company is located.
Article 14: Annex
Before you cancel your account, please read, understand, and agree to the following: If you have any questions about this User Cancellation Agreement, please contact our online customer service or email us service@dederitao.com We kindly remind you that your cancellation of your account will result in us terminating the provision of this service to you and causing inconvenience to your after-sales rights protection. After successful cancellation, we will remove your personal information from the front-end system, keeping it in a state where it cannot be retrieved or accessed, or anonymize it. You are aware and understand that according to relevant laws and regulations, transaction records must be kept in the backend system of Dede Ritao for three years or even longer. If you still want to cancel your account, your account must meet the following conditions at the same time:
(1) There are no unfinished orders in the account;
(2) There are no ongoing disputes in the account, including complaints or reports of being complained about;
(3) The account has been unlinked from authorized login or binding with other websites or apps. During the account cancellation period, if your account is involved in disputes and controversies, including but not limited to complaints, reports, lawsuits, arbitrations, investigations by national authorities, etc., D&T has the right to terminate the cancellation on its own without obtaining your consent separately. Please make sure to unbind other related accounts before submitting the cancellation application. For specific details, please contact our customer service. Once the account is cancelled, it cannot be restored. Please backup all information and data related to the account before operation. If you cancel your account, you will no longer be able to use it, nor will you be able to retrieve any content or information related to your account (even if you register again with the same phone number and use DeRi Tao), including but not limited to:
(1) You will not be able to log in or use your account;
(2) The personal information and historical data of the account (including but not limited to username, nickname, avatar, purchase records, etc.) will not be retrievable;
(3) All records obtained by logging in through your account on various websites/clients under Ritao will not be retrievable. You will no longer be able to log in or use the aforementioned services. Coupons, points, and other coupons you have previously received will be considered forfeited by you and will no longer be able to be used. You understand and agree that Dede Ritao cannot assist you in restoring the aforementioned services.
