1、 Explanation of Purchasing Services and Seller Responsibilities

Dede Ritao Information Service Provider: refers to the entity that provides purchasing related information display, technical support, and platform operation services for Dede Ritao platform - Danmo (Xiamen) Technology Co., Ltd;

Dede Ritao purchasing and forwarding service provider: refers to the main body that provides users with entrusted purchasing, auction, international logistics forwarding, payment settlement, and related after-sales services - Zhonghe Co., Ltd.

[Service Scope] Dede Ritao only provides purchasing services for you, which are independent of Dede Ritao logistics services. The service subject, responsibility boundaries, and rules are subject to relevant agreements and regulations. Products purchased through Dede Ritao on behalf of others must be shipped using Dede Ritao international logistics services. By default, the Dede Ritao logistics service terms will be followed, and it is not supported to switch to other Dede Ritao logistics services. Placing an order will be deemed as agreeing to this requirement.

Due to the special nature of overseas Taobao products, DeRi Tao, as a purchasing platform, cannot bear the risks that may arise from the purchase of second-hand products by users (including but not limited to seller errors or omissions, inconsistent product conditions and descriptions, etc.), nor can it provide services for canceling orders or returning or exchanging goods. Please be aware and do not mind.

Compliance requirements: Dede Ritao only supports users aged 18 and above to purchase goods for personal and reasonable use. Placing an order means that you are aware that the platform does not support profit-making activities such as secondary sales and reselling. If any legal risks or liabilities arise as a result, the user shall bear the legal consequences in accordance with the law.

2、 Cancel Order and Return/Exchange Rules

After placing an order and making payment on Dede Ritao, the cooperating party Zhonghe Co., Ltd. will pay the purchase amount to the overseas seller on behalf of you and complete the procurement process.

Due to the nature of cross-border shopping, the products you purchased are provided by overseas sellers, and transactions must comply with the rules of overseas e-commerce platforms and sellers. After the order payment is completed and the payment has been made, the platform cannot operate cancellation or refund, therefore it does not support any reason for actively canceling the application.

Unlike domestic shopping, overseas purchasing agents are not subject to the relevant regulations of "7-day no reason return" in China, and overseas e-commerce and sellers do not have such services. Therefore, Dede Daily Taobao cannot support your return needs.

Please fully understand the rules and carefully confirm the product information before placing an order for payment.

3、 Notes on Photography Services

Due to the fact that most of the products on platforms such as Coal Stove and Rakuma are sourced from second-hand sellers, the quality of the products cannot be guaranteed. If you are concerned about the status of the product, it is recommended to apply for a "photo service" after placing the order to verify the condition of the product in advance.

What is photography service?

You can purchase photography services on your own within 12 hours after placing an order or receiving the package; If it exceeds 12 hours, the system will automatically confirm receipt and complete the feedback. After purchasing the photography service, the system will pause the automatic confirmation of receipt process to ensure that you have enough time to confirm the product details. But after the review, we will no longer be able to ask questions about the product and we do not support after-sales service. The photography service can help you visually understand the true condition of the product through photos before leaving a review. It should be noted that this service is only for objective display and does not involve quality identification, authenticity verification, or size measurement services.

4、 Product standard difference reminder

The product you purchased is from overseas, and its quality, safety, hygiene, environmental protection, labeling and other related standards may differ from those in China to some extent. 5、 Second hand product purchase tips

6、 Product label and invoice description

Due to the fact that the product was purchased directly from overseas, there is a high probability that it does not have a Chinese label. However, you can obtain detailed information about the product through the Chinese electronic label displayed on Dede Ritao or the on-site translation instructions.

[Invoice related] All the expenses for the goods you purchase on behalf of others are directly paid to the overseas sales platform through the international payment tool. The business entity in Chinese Mainland has not actually collected the money, so the domestic invoice cannot be provided. 7、 Logistics transportation related tips

【 Logistics Route Selection 】 The products you purchase through Dede Ritao will be directly shipped to you from Leyifan's warehouse in Japan/Korea. At present, the logistics options available for Japanese warehouses include Japan Post (EMS, air, sea freight), DHL, and paper airplane dedicated lines; The logistics options available for the Korean warehouse include paper airplane KR line and Korea Post EMS line.

International express delivery transportation has a long process and involves multiple links. There may be uncertainties in flight scheduling, transit transportation, customs supervision between China and Japan, local delivery, and other links, which may result in certain risks such as delays, confiscation, taxation, damage, and loss. Dede Ritao cannot control or avoid these accidents. If there are any problems, we will do our best to coordinate and communicate with you to protect your rights.

Logistics Restrictions: There are differences in fees, delivery times, and restrictions on prohibited goods among different logistics methods. Please ensure that the goods you purchase comply with local laws, regulations, and logistics restrictions, and are not prohibited goods. If you purchase prohibited goods, Dede Ritao will cancel the order and do not support returns and refunds; If delivery cannot be made due to route restrictions, any legal risks or losses arising therefrom shall be borne by the user. In international logistics transportation, if there is any damage to the outer packaging of the product, including but not limited to compression, deformation, damage, contamination, or other non product damage, the Dede Daily Taobao platform cannot accept related returns, exchanges, and compensation applications.

【 Shipping Scope 】 The website and various purchasing discounts offered by the Japanese Taobao cooperation are only applicable to orders for goods shipped outside of Japan. If the goods you purchased are prohibited goods in Chinese Mainland and you need to apply for forwarding to Japan, you need to return the preferential amount of the goods and pay an additional 10% of the actual purchase price as the handling fee.

8、 International Logistics Timeframe and Cost Explanation

Due to factors such as transportation distance and customs clearance process, international logistics charges are relatively high, and usually follow the rule of "high prices for fast routes, slow or unstable delivery times for discounted routes". You can choose according to your own needs.

9、 Explanation of billing for actual weight and volumetric weight

The chargeable weight for this DHL route is calculated based on the larger of the actual weight and volumetric weight. We suggest that you check the 【 My → Instructions → Logistics Route → DHL 】 billing method before placing an order.

Product 1 (Shoes): Length, Width, Height 25x10x15cm, Actual Weight 900g

Actual weight line billing: 900g

Volume weight calculation: (25 × 10 × 15)/5000=750g. If the actual weight is greater than the volume weight, it will be charged at 900g

Product 2 (Puppet): Length, Width, Height 25x20x15cm, Actual Weight 200g

Actual weight line billing: 200g

Volume weight calculation: (25 × 20 × 15)/5000=1500g. As the volume weight is greater than the actual weight, it will be charged at 1500g

10、 Value added service description

After the goods you purchased arrive at the Dede Ritao logistics warehouse, the warehouse staff will provide you with value-added services such as container packing, photography, and reinforcement based on your selection. 11、 Customs clearance and tariff instructions

In case of random inspection on Japan Post (EMS/air/sea) routes, DHL routes, or Korea Post EMS routes, the recipient must handle the customs clearance procedures themselves, and any related expenses incurred during the clearance process shall be borne by the recipient;
